Here are the patches for emacspeak-w3.el, emacspeak-w3m.el, and
emacspeak-webutils.el.  The only compilation errors are those that were
already existent in emacspeak-w3.el.  

Please feel free to offer constructive criticism on what I have done
here.  It is pretty much what I mentioned in the previous 2 messages.
