Changing Startup Key

I thought I had done this before but can't remember how to do this.  I
want to change the start key for emacspeak to alt-s or m-s (whatever
notation).  i TRIED STICKING A GLOBAL-SET-KEY TO ESC-S FOR
EMACSPEAK-PREFIX-COMMAND BUT THAT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME.  i THOUGHT THERE
USED TO BE AN OPTION IN EMACSPEAK TO DO THIS BUT i COULDN'T FIND ANY
IDEAS IN THE DOCUMENTATION.

iS THERE A WAY TO DO THIS?
