org-mode and imap

Hi,

Is anyone else out there using emacspeak with org-mode and vm using
imap folders?

If so are you having trouble with using links to messages, sometimes
works for a while and then some messages stop linking correctly.

Otherwise does anyone have a suggestion of any other way of working with imap folders using emacspeak such that org-mode will link reliably to them?
