Running voices in several languages.

Hi,

As a 2008 new year resolution I've decided to give emacs and emacspeak 
another shot. Hopefully I get it this time.

So, a first question. I need to read texts in English and Spanish (and later 
maybe German, but that's not urgent now). So is there a way to change the 
language of the voice from emacspeak itself? Otherwise, can I have emacspeak 
configured for several languages? I'll probably be using either ESpeak or 
the IBM voices.
