First tests of emacspeak on the Neo

Hello,

A very preliminary test shows that emacspeak could work on the current 
Neo1973 smartphone running OpenMoko.

This was just a simple test: ssh to the phone from a PC, running 
emacspeak with espeak, jumping from line to line. As a sighted person, 
the reactiveness of speech seems to me relatively acceptable. Emacspeak, 
tclx were compiled directly from the Neo for facility.
