Hi,

if you mean svn-status from psvn-mode, I once did the bare minimum to
get the svn-status buffer talking. you can get emacspeak-psvn.el from
here:

http://homepage.hispeed.ch/loehrer/emacspeak.html

It certainly needs more work to provide really compelling access.
