Another emacs23 issue this time with org-mode

Hi all,

Another glitch I've found with the switch to emacs23 is that in org-mode buffers I am unable to arrow down over closed subtrees.  I hear the audio icon and the heading.  

If I c-e c-e to the end of the line and then down arrow i can get passed the heading.

Anyone seen this?
