Find the line in tclespeak.cpp that contains en-r, and replace 'en-r' with "en-us". When deciding whether to include a voice, the server determines whether the language spoken by that voice is in the array named ThePreferredLanguages. In this case, the voice is named en-r, but the language that it speaks is en-us. PS. I've been using your espeak-voices.el file for a few days; it seems good.
