If you have split-caps mode enabled, then the server says "capital" before every token that contains a capital letter. Disable it with C-e d s. Note that ESpeak always tokenizes camel-cased identifiers properly. Thus, aLongIdentifier is always rendered as "a long identifier", regardless of the setting of split-caps mode.
