w3m doesn't display in the right encoding

Hi Cleverson,

This problem could be caused by EMACS_UNIBYTE being set by the script
you use to launch emacspeak. (/usr/bin/emacspeak in debian used to do
it).

If /usr/bin/emacspeak or /usr/local/bin/emacspeak or whatever you use
to launch emacspeak contains these lines:
EMACS_UNIBYTE=1
export EMACS_UNIBYTE
then remove them.
