Bart, Yes, I know of Dave's work, though I've not had the cycles to find a Mac laptop and try it. But please go ahead and work with him on it, and I'll accept it into the Emacspeak codebase when: 1. It doesn't modify any emacspeak code that doesn't need modification. 2. It works reliably -- that's for you, Dave and other Mac users to tell me.
