Hello Les,

Have you read the section on web browsing in the emacspeak info manual?
If you know the text of the link, incremental search works quite well.
Emacspeak doesn't add "link" or "heading level x" when reading text but
the voice changes indicate various attributes.  I've not used w3m in
such a while I can't remember what it announces via voice changes.  As
far as paragraph navigation, forward and backward paragraph are what you
are looking for.

Concerning the searching going to an external process, do you have the
variables for browse-url configured?
