Re: Adjusting Speech Rate emacspeak 36.0

Do you have a Vinux repository?  32 is the version Bill modified to
work with Vinux back in 2010.  Ubuntu repositories have had version 29
in there for the longest.  That package needs some serious TLC. I
wonder why it is so neglected.
