I think I got what you mean. You mean expanding the envvar immediately 
and make dtk-program-args a list, not a string. Cool, more elastic. A 
new fun expand-program-args would do the trick. However please preserve 
the way the envvar is read, allowing for a custom argument separator. If 
you want me to repatch, I'm fine.
