emacspeak with emacs 24.3.5

I confirmed in 2 opposite environments that there will be at least 2 
problems with Emacspeak in a new release of Emacs:

1. tmm-menubar - wrong type argument: listp, 771
2. arrowing by character does not work - not silencing the speech and 
not speaking characters
