When overlay-put is called, the overlaid buffer is not the current 
buffer. The overlaid buffer is one of the compared ones, but the current 
is in the ediff control frame. So one additional arg is needed to the 
call to emacspeak-personality-voiceify-overlays.

I guess the same should be done in the other place where the 
voicify-overlays function is called, that is in move-overlay.
