Fix for dired-mode initialization

Hi all

I noticed that some of the Emacspeak specific commands in dired-mode
no longer worked. The reason appears to be that the function
emacspeak-dired-initialize is not added to dired-mode-hook correctly.
I attached a one-line patch to fix the problem.
