Pause and resume

Hello,

Where are in-subject mentioned commands? I searched whole emacs manual 
for "pause" (using `s' in info) and was unable to find the pause speech 
engine commands.

Other pauses like m-player were there, also the tts_pause command. So 
what is wrong?
