remove-duplicates function is

Hi all.


I updated yesterday to Emacs 25.3.1 and Emacspeak 47.0.0. When I press 
C-left or C-right the following error is raised:

Symbol’s function definition is void: remove-duplicates



I've seen some references to the above function in emacspeak-wizards.el. 
Where does such function come from, cl module? Does anyone know whether 
this is a problem related to the Emacs 25.3.1 or some change in 
Emacspeak's API?
