Error when installing from emacspeak git

I originally tried to download the zip file of the latest emacspeak
but I received an error message.

So I then tried to get the files using git.

I followed the instructions, make config, then make and I got the same
error message.

The error was:

In toplevel form:

emacspeak-bookshare.el:95:1:Error:  Cannot open load file:  no such
file or directory dom
Makefile:58: recipe for target 'emacspeak-bookshare.elc' failed

Any suggestions?
