Emacspeak - Nice Music on Starting

I love the way emacspeak starts up and plays music and says the name of the speech synthesizer and the name of the sound system.

It says it in two voices.  Plus music.  It shows that emacspeak is polyphonic.

I just got a new computer, and I installed the latest emacs from source and the master.zip file from emacspeak github.com https://github.com/tvraman/emacspeak/archive/master.zip

No beautiful music, no ALSA announcement!

I deleted my .emacs file and made a new one, I deleted .emacs.d folder, nothing different.

Is there some switch I have to use?

I can use emacspeak for what I need but every once in a while when I install it, I can't get the music to work.  I know that when I can't get it to talk, I have to install tclx.

Enlighten me.
