Gmail in Emacs

Hello,

I am finally ready to ASK.

I am using mutt for email, and I use goobook for address book 
integration with google contacts.  Life is good.

I'd like to stay inside emacspeak and be able to send and receive email.

I use gmail for my email.

Mutt is very fast.  I like that.

Any suggestions, and a place to read a tutorial on your recommendations?
