Hi,

I'm using Emacspeak on master, and I have to manually do `(load-library "emacspeak-wizard")' to make this error disappear. To my uninformed guess, this function is missing the autoload cookie, but I'm not really sure how Emacspeak's Makefile works, and it's too much over my head.
