[Emacspeak] Caps beep or speak

Hi,

 

I recall that the beeping for capital indication was removed a while ago.

 

I thought it was done because of the lack of support for it in the speech servers.

 

Now that we have software Dectalk is it possible to bring the behaviour back if desired for those synths that support it?

 

Am I missing a toggle or something somewhere that changes this behaviour?

 

Personally I dislike the spoken cap indication and much prefer the beeps.
