Argiris-- A lot can go wrong in an upgrade. It sounds like you can't even even run "make" on Emacspeak. I think that should only require a working emacs install. So, first thing I would run is: brew doctor and it will give you steps to fix up your brew install if it got broken, or is missing dependancies after upgrade. Then I would make sure emacs works from the same place you are running make. So just run emacs from the terminal. If that looks good, again confirm that make clean make config make do not work... if your Emacspeak still isn't working, it is likely missing python3 or pyobjc you should be able to fix this with. brew install python3 sox and after that completes run python3 -m pip install pyobjc then trying running emacs again... BTW, what emacs are you running? Version and source?
