Hi Raman,

Just a few things for the mac server:

- emacspeak sends `s` immediately after sending `a`...that's why we were immediately stopping earcons. Remove stopping of earcons entirely on `s`

earcons

- Mac Ventura rebaselinedÂ rate; adjust it to 255 (wpm) baseline which fixes the character scaling

- set the system voice correctly in the mac voices definition
