Description of problem:
Switching the "punctuation mode" to "some" affects other Emacspeak
prompts and actions. For example, The "emacspeak-speak-mode-line" is no
longer spoken when accessed with a shortcut key. Other prompts such as
"dtk-set-punctuation-mode" is no longer spoken as well.
