[Emacspeak] cannot get software dectalk to work

Hi.  So, I have downloaded and installed the software dectalk  and
there is dtk-soft in the servers directory, but I get the following
output when running this:

Using SoX
couldn't load file
"/usr/src/emacspeak//servers/software-dtk/tcldtk.so": libtts.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
    while executing
    "load $tclTTS/tcldtk.so"

Now there is a libtts.so in /usr/lib which the dectalk software
installed, so how to fix this one?
