[Emacspeak] emacspeak not reading all the buffers when I do c-x b

Hi.  I am running into a problem when I hit c-x b, and then hit tab, I
get a subset of the available buffers.  I know this is so, because I
can do c-x c-b and get the whole list.  So why is emacspeak not
reading out the list when I hit tab, or is it some emacs setting I am
not familiar with?
