Emacspeak and the Hurd

If gnu hurd runs emacs and tcl then emacspeak will run out
of the box on it.

If gnu hurd runs emacs but not tcl, you will need to write a
speech server either in C, or preferably in Guile that
provides the same functionality as the existing TCL speech server.
