emacspeak under windows/nt

g'day all,
has anyone managed to get emacspeak talking under windows/nt?

the last i heard was that the only thing holding it up was the lack of
a tclx implementation for windows.

I assume that this now exists as there are references to windows nt in
the help for tclx76.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has managed to get it to work.
especially how it interacts with other windows screen readers?
