DECTalk Updates

the version I am running on my Express is 
4.3 release AA ex 01 May 20, 1996
I do not know if this was ever released on the Dectalk WWW
site.
Given that is May 1996-- it's a version after the time I
left DEC --but I dont remember now how I got it --probably
just got a diskette from DEC.
