I need some instructions on acquiring W3 capability.
I do not appear to have this command in my emacs, which is version 19.31.
My emacspeak version is 8.0.
I have downloaded two zipped files.
One is W3.tar.gz, which seems to be a general web browser
not specifically related to blind users.
The second file is (was) called something like
W3blinds.tar.gz.
Neither of these files seems to produce the kind of step-by-step
instructions I need.
Is there a howto file somewhere that I'm missing.
Thanks for any advice.
Larry Baggett
