Instead have emacspeak generate an automatically produced
advice for speaking the prompt
--this should be added to the emacspeak-w3 set up (which I
will do by the time the next release comes out).
In the meantime,
evaluate
(emacspeak-fix-interactive-command-if-necessary
'w3-hotlist-apropos)
after W3 has been loaded.
