Multiple Emacspeak sessions

The two sessions interfere because you have one hardware
Dectalk being shared by the two, and no what Bart was
talking about was for the software synthesizer which today
bombs if you try playing auditory icons while it is trying
to speak.


When you do encounter trouble with two sessions stepping on
one another, alternate between them and hit C-g until they
recover sanity.
