Emacspeak and W3: widget messages about modifying read-only text

Bill--

You can stop worry about this one, I got over the problem by
setting inhibit-read-only to t within the existing advice to
widget-button-press --the widget package is very finicky
about what you do with the text in the vicinity of a widget
which is what was causing the message.
