This is my current method, but, in lengthy documents such as computerized books, an incremental search is not the best method for finding your current position.  The best way that I have found to get around this is to wait to hear an infrequently used word, and use it in the search.

Do you believe that all forms of indexing will produce some sort of problem that offsets the benefits, or is it more of a problem of insufficient time to code such a feature?
