The MBROLA server which does not need a dedicated hardware
synthesizer but only a stock sound card runs really fine
even on an oldish 486DX100 (thanks Bart!). This server provides different
languages. At the moment English and German are supported.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could switch the languages through an
Emacsspeak key combination like 'C-e C-l us' for English voice and
'C-e C-l de' for German voice? French ans Spanish voices will probably
arrive too sooner or later.
