Emacs' pull-down menus are normally not used once you get
used to where things are-- however it's a good tool for a
someone who is new to the environment.
In a W3 buffer, hitting M-` (this gives you access to the
menubar in all buffers)
makes the hotlist functionality easy to discover.
All this is just to re-emphasize the availability of
rich online help in the Emacs environment if one knows where
to look.
