Note that the NEWS file created when the Emacspeak-10.0.tgz
release is unpacked 
is the NEWS file from Emacspeak 9.0.
After you unpack the distribution please copy NEWS-10.0 to
NEWS 
cp NEWS-10.0 NEWS 
in order to be able to see the Emacspeak 10.0 News with C-e
cap N
