Folding Mode

1) the folding mode version I have is 1.6.2.
I think I saw the 2.x version last year and tried it-- but
threw it away  -- dont quite remember why-- but I think it
was because it appeared broken with respect to some of the
new things it added. 1.6.2 has been around for ages, I'll
attach it below.
For the voice locking problem, dont restart Emacs --(never
restart Emacs ever)--
simply hit C-e d v twice to turn voice lock off and then on
again and everything will fix itself.
