hi,
for those of you out there who are wondering how to patch w3 to get
the links in table cells to activate hears a couple of quick
instructions.
1( cut the function out of raman's email.
2) save it somewhere in a
file.
3) find and open the file w3-speak-table.el which is in the
lisp directory of the w3 distribution.
4) find the old copy of the function in w3-speak-table.el. searching for focus will do it.
5) cut the old version out of w3-speak-table.el and insert the new one. if you saved to a file c-x i will insert a file.
6) re-run make all; make install on w3.
7) exit and re-enter emacs and links should work in table cells for you.
HTH
Bart
