Re: Artic speech server?
The Artic external synthesizers will emulate an accent SA synthesizer. I work for Arkenstone, and we don't actually have a driver for the Artic externals, we just use the accent driver.
I beleive the Artic externals do have their own command set, but I don't know what advantage that gives you over using the accent commands.
