compiling tcl servers for emacspeak?

has anyone given thought to compiling the speech servers for
emacspeak? this might be a way to avoid the tcl/tclx dependencies for
emacspeak users. and it might even gain some speed too. does anyone
know anything about this? i've just recently come across the fact that
tcl can be compiled.
