Picked this off freshmeat --does a pretty good job.
Is still missing the conversion of the PDF bookmarks to HTML
hyperlinks that the convertor at Adobe has-- but other than
that it looks pretty complete.

How to compile pdftohtml ?

To compile pdftohtml, type :
make
Pdftohtml is tested on a Linux 2.0 and Solaris 2.6.
Running pdftohtml

To run pdftohtml type :
pdftohtml file.pdf
