I am trying to get emacspeak working with VIAVoice outloud.  I have via
voice out loud working as it says to do in the NOTES file.  I downloaded
the STDIOM.tar.gz and untared it but it says I need the OS server which
costs money.  Is this true?  I don't mind paying for it if it is but first
I can't find a cost on the stupid web page  and second I can't understand
why we would have to use their sound card driver for the stdiosynth when
my card is already working.

If anyone out there already has ViaVoice working please fill me in on how
to get around this stiosynth problem.
