removed from the list?

Hi folks, 

IN the past few weeks I have had to remove a larger than usual number
of emacspeak list members as a result of full mailboxes or address
changes.

If at any point you think you have been removed from the list, an easy
way to check is to have a look at the webbed archive
(https://www.emacspeak.org/VCCS-archive/).  If there are more
recent messages there than you have seen, then you may well have been
removed from the list.

You can always send another subscription request.  If you are already
subscribed from that address this will have no effect.  If you have
been removed from the list, this will subscribe you.  If you are
subscribed when you send this request you will not get a reply from
the server.  If you are not subscribed when you do this, you will
receive a confirming note stating that you are now subscribed.

A do apologize for having to remove people without notifying them, but
if mail can't get through then sending a "you have been removed" note
will not get through either.  Until a better system comes along, this
is what we have to live with.
