Gary responds: You can download ViaVoice free from the IBM website
 http://www.ibm.com/viavoice/dev_home.html and if you are using Mandrake
or RedHat, you can fetch the RPM files which will pretty much automate
the installation.

You must install ViaVoice _before_ you install emacspeak's outloud
program, and you must build the outloud program _before_ you install
emacspeak.
