mpg123.el is archived in the emacspeak list with a posting of Raman's
from last november.

from there you can retreave the mpg123.el file. You will have to
rename it from binsomething.bin to mpg123.el
FYI, I found it by doing a search on the emacspeak list for "mpg123"
there were 12 hits, it was the first one.
the only mention of gnuplot in the archive is Raman's announement of
built in support for it as of emacspeak 11.
