For better or for worse, the Emacspeak WikiWiki is now live; there is
a bare outline for the content, a page on the policies of the Wiki,
and tutorials on how to contribute content.
http://emacspeak-guide.sourceforge.net:80/wiki/ describes the project
and the rules of the game, and the guide proper begins at
http://emacspeak-guide.sourceforge.net:80/wiki/?EmacspeakWiki where
you will find a division of the work into the user guide, the install
guide and a developers' section.
